How much does a dog daycare cost in Bogota?
A daytime dog daycare at Dog Garden costs from $85.000 a day (COP), and the price depends on your dog's weight. Here in the Batan area, next to La Alhambra and steps from Calle 116, in northern Bogota, we publish our rates openly so you know exactly how much you'll pay before you message us. Daytime daycare per day (no membership)
If you want to bring your dog for a single day, with no commitment, the rate is set by weight. It's that simple:
- Up to 15 kg: $85.000 a day.
- Between 15 and 25 kg: $99.000 a day.
- Between 25 and 35 kg: $119.000 a day.
- Over 35 kg: $139.000 a day.
Each day includes a full day of play, socializing with other dogs and supervision from our team. We're open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 7 days a week, so daycare fits around your work routine. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges: your dog's weight sets the price, and that's what you pay for the full day, whatever time you arrive within our hours.
Why does the price go by weight? Because a big dog needs more space, more food and more handling throughout the day, and we'd rather be transparent about that than average out a single price for everyone. With membership: the price drops a lot
If your dog is going to come often, the annual membership of $299.000 completely changes the math. With it, a daytime stay starts from $65.000, and if you take a plan of 8, 12 or 20 stays, the price per day drops to as low as $35.000. It's the option designed for those who use the dog daycare several times a week: the more stays, the less you pay for each day.
In other words, a dog that comes often can end up paying less than half the single-day rate. The membership is paid once a year and applies both to daytime daycare and to discounts at the dog hotel, so it pays off quickly if your pup becomes a regular. Dog hotel: when you travel
In addition to daytime daycare, we have a dog hotel for when you leave the city. The first night ranges from $170.000 (up to 15 kg) to $290.000 (over 35 kg), depending on weight. From the second night on, the price drops: from $85.000 a night. And if your dog has an active plan, the first night starts from $120.000. At the hotel they also enjoy the full day of play, so it's not just about sleeping: it's about continuing to socialize and burn off energy.
What's included in the price?
At Dog Garden we don't charge extra for the essentials. The daily price covers guided play, socializing, sniff walks and constant supervision from the team. You don't need to bring beds or toys; just your dog's food. If it's their first time, we recommend reading how to prepare your dog for their first day, because we devote the first day to assessment and to letting them settle in calmly.
